Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- items must be unused and in original condition
- requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or supplier restrictions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item and packaging
- a brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will work to provide a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Pulse Motion Supply works with trusted third-party fulfillment and logistics partners to source and ship products directly to customers. Because of this, shipping times and return procedures may vary depending on the supplier and destination.
Please allow adequate processing and delivery time before requesting a refund for delayed shipments.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- used fitness or recovery products
- personal-use items
- clearance or final sale items
- gift cards
- items damaged through misuse
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within a limited timeframe after purchase. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
